Councils: Please note that a Complete
Set of Questions will be available this year by
September 1st for Council use in their local competitions. We
are hoping this will help facilitate Councils' participation in this
10th Anniversary year.
Founded in 2003, the
competition is a
team game testing high school students' knowledge of international
affairs.
During the academic year preceding the National Competition in
the spring, approximately 3000 students across the country
participate in competitions hosted by over 40 local World Affairs
Councils in 26 states.
Winning teams are invited to represent their high school, city,
and local council at the national competition, held in the spring
each year in Washington,
DC.

Question Bank

National Bank of Questions
This year, we will provide a
full competition of questions for councils hosting local
competitions. This full packet will be available on Sept
1.
Question-Sharing
We will also facilitate a
question-sharing process for those councils interested in sharing
questions in addition to the main question bank. In this process,
councils submit 1-2 categories of questions in order to have access
to the full bank of questions submitted by other councils. If you are
interested in participating in this process, email Althea Georgantas at ageorgantas@worldaffairscouncils.org.
